The Conference
Producer is responsible for developing quality conference
programmes targeted at senior executives in the Asia Pacific
region. It involves :

conducting market
research to identify hot issues

drafting programme
topics

recruiting
qualified speakers

copywriting
-
vetting
presentation materials
-
performing on site
event duties etc.
The Conference
Producer will need to work closely with colleagues in the Administration and Marketing department to deliver a successful
conference.
Requirements:

University graduate with excellent interviewing & research
skills

High interest in analysing new markets & discovering business
needs

Aptitude for digesting a high level of information in a short
space of time

Able to write compelling sales copy & communicate with senior
executives

Strong academic background with good grades in English

2) CONFERENCE
MARKETING EXECUTIVE

at the event? Do you love to organise, market and promote
events? Are you bold and creative in conquering challenges,
even though the task is seemingly impossible? If you believe
that you possess these traits (or more), we would like to
invite you to apply for our Conference Marketing Executive
position.
Job Description:
In this position, you are
responsible for bringing maximum delegate attendees and
sales to Pacific Conferences’ business events through media
partnerships, sponsorships and database marketing. To
achieve this, you will need to understand the unique selling
points of the event which you are marketing and research for
potential partner organisations. You will analyse the
strengths and needs of each individual potential partner and
develop creative deals that will benefit both Pacific
Conferences and the partner. In particular, you will
collaborate with prominent trade associations, magazines and
media houses etc. as endorsers and media partners to reach
out to a large pool of regional target audience. You will
secure sponsorships from aspiring companies that wish to
increase their brand visibility through leveraging on events
publicity. You will actively source for prospect lists to
augment our existing database of potential delegates and
convert prospects to delegates through precision targeting.
