CONFERENCE
PRODUCER

The Conference Producer is responsible for developing quality
conference programmes targeted at senior executives in the Asia
Pacific region. It involves conducting market research to
identify hot issues, drafting programme topics, recruiting
qualified speakers, copywriting, vetting presentation materials
and performing on site event duties etc. The Conference
Producer will need to work closely with colleagues in the
Administration and Marketing department to deliver a successful
conference.
Requirements:
- University graduate with excellent interviewing & research
skills
- High interest in analysing new markets & discovering business
needs
- Aptitude for digesting a high level of information in a short
space of time
- Able to write compelling sales copy & communicate with senior
executives
- Strong academic background with good grades in English
- Ambitious & creative in developing ideas into events
- Possess entrepreneurial aptitude with determination to succeed
- Able to handle multiple projects concurrently and meet tight
deadlines
- Willing to take on the extra mile to deliver a quality
conference
2) CONFERENCE MARKETING EXECUTIVE
Job Description:
To
develop, coordinate & execute marketing plans for
boosting the sales of business conferences/workshops. Job scope
includes forging partnerships with trade
publications, media houses and trade associations to promote the
events; writing press releases, obtaining sponsorships as well
as coordinating artwork, printing, mailing and acquiring sales
leads etc.
Requirements:
-
Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Engineering
or related discipline
-
Those with 1-2 years working experience or have been
actively involved in fund -
raising projects will be
considered favourably

Ambitious & Aggressive

Result oriented, possess strong initiative, resourceful

Previous experience in direct & database marketing, internet
marketing, A&P
coordination or contra deals establishment
will be a plus

3)
ACCOUNTS & ADMIN EXECUTIVE
Responsibilities
:
- Handle all accounting
transactions and entries.
- Generate Management
Reports.
- Prepare GST returns
- Take charge of office
administration.
- Perform Finance/Admin
duty as assigned.
Requirements :
- Diploma in
Accountancy/Business or LCCI equivalent
- At least 2 years of
working experience in Accounting and Administration.
- Bilingual in English and
Mandarin with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive work attitude
and fast learner with an eye for details and meticulous.
- Excellent knowledge of
accounting software i.e MYOB, Quickbook etc
- Able to work
independently with minimum supervision
4)
Data Research Assistant (Temp)
Jobscope :
