Executive position.
Job Description:
In this position, you are
responsible for the
administrative and
logistical aspects of
organising business events.
Working hand in hand with
the Conference Producer and
the Conference Marketing
Executive who are in-charge
of programme development and
event promotion
respectively, your job scope
involves liaising with
service providers on hotel
venue, room and air ticket
reservation; attending to
enquiries, processing
registrations and payments,
compiling speakers
presentations, preparing
conference folder
documentations and badges
etc. You will also need to
carry out on-site event
administration and interact
with participants to ensure
the smooth running of the
event. All and all, you need
to cultivate good
relationships with our
speakers, delegates and
partners, making their event
experience a pleasurable one
whilst at the same time,
ensuring prompt execution of
event proceedings by making
sure that deadlines are
adhered to by all parties.
Requirements:

Diploma or Degree holder
in any discipline

POSITION 2:
CONFERENCE ADMINISTRATOR
Responsibilities
To
handle all pre and post
conference administration of
of business conferences
including :
•
Booking and liaising with
venue vendors on the
logistic requirement of the
conferences
•
Assist in the handling and
processing of registrations
and enquiries.
•
Handling the physical
preparation before the
conference.
•
Assist in performing onsite
duty when necessary
•
Compiling conference
appraisal and othe post
conference matters.
