Diane is currently the Head of Marketing in AXA Insurance Singapore. She leads the branding, corporate communications, integrated campaigns management, value propositions marketing, customer insights, segmentation and corporate responsibility functions.
As an insights-driven marketer and equally passionate about topics relating to customer centricity and customer value proposition, she believes it is essential for marketers to take the lead role to incorporate the voice of the customer into the value propositions development process within the organization that will drive sustainable profitability and healthy ROI.
Diane has more than 15 years of marketing experience in the banking and financial industry across a wide range of products and functions which includes personal lending, wealth management, customer propositions and channels. Prior to AXA, she was in a group marketing role with HSBC based in Hong Kong responsible for driving global marketing strategies and initiatives for the retail banking arm.
