Halogen Foundation Singapore
Ivy oversees all matters ranging from strategic development, training operations, partnerships and fund raising matters within the organisation. Starting out as an events executive in the organisation running large-scale events for youth and educators,
Ivy moved on to several work assignments within Halogen. Her past projects include launching the National Young Leader Award, Halogen Internship Programme and Salesforce BizAcademy.
She was formerly part of a multinational corporation where her responsibilities involved piloting new product initiatives and handling supply chain management issues across the regional market. Prior to working, Ivy was actively engaged in a variety
of community projects with local organisations such as Habitat for Humanity and NUS Corporate Social Responsibility Student Movement. She also led youth teams on overseas Youth Expedition Projects under Singapore International Foundation. Ivy is part of the INSPIRIT community organised by the National Youth Council and Singapore National Employer Federation, which seeks to empower youths to advocate for youths.
Ivy was a Global Merit Scholar from the National University of Singapore and holds a Double Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering and Business Administration, both with Honours. She was awarded the NUS Business School Eminent Business Alumni Awards, Young Alumni Award in 2016 and is also a Certified Facilitator for The Student Leadership Challenge® Workshop.
