Tanya Menzel,

Tanya Menzel has more than 10 years international experience in a variety of functions including Training and Development, Communications, Executive Support and Human Resources. She delivers hands-on, personalised programs in communication, team building, leadership and management skills. Tanya has been training employees of all levels, from administrators to senior management, driving tangible business results. Some of the clients Tanya has worked with include Shell, Cathay Pacific Airways, Salvatore Ferragamo, China Light and Power (CLP), Ermenegildo Zegna, Burger King, The American Club, Marks and Clerks, Alliance Bernstein, Hands on Hong Kong, TCC Global, Make a Wish Foundation and Po Leung Kuk.

Tanya began her career as a highly successful Executive Assistant to the CEO and Chairman of a retail and investment firm. Later on she became the Project Manager and Director of Communications, overseeing the Marketing Communications team. She brings her experience and know how to every session, delivering programs with a customised approach for maximum learning.

Tanya is accredited in Mastery of Deep Facilitation, Action Learning, Appreciative Inquiry, MBTI, Jigsaw@Work, CBT and she has a TEFL certificate. She is an experienced facilitator, having delivered skills based courses in Australia, the Middle East and Europe, before settling in Asia.
