A replacement is allowed if registered participants are unable to attend. For cancellations received in writing before 10 Sep 2021, a full refund will be given with a 10% administrative charge. For cancellations received in writing before 22 Sep 2021, a 50% refund will be given together with the event documentation. There will be no refunds for cancellations received after 22 Sep 2021 or “no show” participants. However participants will receive a copy of the event documentation. 

 In the event of a cancellation, a refund will be made via the original mode of payment and based on the original amount we received. Refund is made based on the prevailing exchange rate and Pacific Conferences shall not be responsible for any foreign exchange currency losses.

He is familiar in the area of internal audit, financial audit, Enterprise Risk Management (advisory and implementation), risk assessment and assurance map, corporate governance, business process review and implementing control self assessment framework. 


Andy is exposed to various industries such as the energy, internet content & information, manufacturing, real estate, tourism, financial services, food & beverage, pharmaceutical, and in the public sector.  


He has worked with the regulators/authorities on compliance matters, and attends Board meetings regularly to provide an assessment of companies’ state of affairs. 


Andy’s experience in processes includes revenue, procurement & payment, supply chain management, project management, human resource, investments, construction, events management, trading office, IT general control, grant management, property management, business continuity planning, and financial reporting.  


He has conducted numerous Agile Internal Audit trainings to clients, which include the global internal audit team for a financial institution, and ministries to upskill auditors across the departments/agencies. He is also the Agile Point-of-Contact for Deloitte Singapore Internal audit, where there are regular forums to discuss about best practices amongst the Deloitte Network. Andy speaks regularly in seminars/trainings on Governance, Risk Management and Internal Audit.
