Tracey Hamilton, Media, Marketing, Creativity & Innovation, Lady Group

Tracey is one of the very few who has senior level experience working in media, creative, client, and consulting organisations. She has had a successful career solving commercial business problems creatively for the world’s top blue chip firms. Now she provides agile consulting, creativity and innovation training, creative problem solving workshops to individuals and firms looking to grow, fast.

Most recently, Tracey was contractor, Business Marketing lead, Facebook APAC. Before this, Tracey served as Head of Consulting/ Global Strategy lead at premier agency, Bartle Bogle Hegarty (BBH), where she co-created training, marketing programs, products, services and experiences for multinational companies, (including Unilever, Google, Facebook, Bosch), scaling regional brands and a Singapore-based start-ups (Reebonz.com, Skin Inc, Space Sweepers).

Prior to this, Tracey spent the past 18+ years in Vice President, Global and Regional Strategy roles, working in networked advertising agencies (Omnicom, Publicis Groupe, Dentsu Aegis) helping global brands (General Motors, Corona, LVMH, J&J, Standard Chartered Bank, and more) develop their worldwide, regional and localised strategies spanning industries, markets, cultures, segments and channels.
